General Permit Requirements

  • Contractor License
  • COI (Certificate of Insurance)
    • Certificate Holder (City of Oak Hill)
  • Site plan with setbacks
  • Signed copy of contract

Filing Subdivision Plat

  • Preliminary Plat - $1,000 base fee plus $250 per lot over two lots. Includes up to 2 reviews. Additional plat reviews shall be $250 per review. Over four lots require preliminary review and final review.
  • Final Plat - $1,000 base fee plus $250 per lot over 2 lots. Includes up to 2 reviews. Additional plat reviews shall be $250 per review. Less than four lots do not require preliminary review.
  • Recording construction plan for Subdivisions - $500
  • New subdivision sign or subdivision sign modification fee - $500
  • Other new signs or sign modification fee - $250

Presentation Fee to Board of Zoning Appeals/Planning Commission

  • Variance/Administrative Appeal - $250
  • Conditional Use Permit without the addition of impervious surface, non-variance - $1,000
  • Conditional Use Permit with the addition of impervious surface, non-variance - $4,000         

Other Fees

  • Residential Plan Review Fees - $150 per hour
  • C.U.P. Holders Plan Review Fees - $100 per hour
  • Steep Slope Review Fee - $1,000, includes up to 2 reviews. Additional reviews are $500 each.
  • Radnor Lake Overlay Fee - $1,000, includes up to 2 reviews. Additional reviews are $500 each.
  • If the review is both a steep slope and Radnor Lake impact review, the fee is $2,000. Includes up to 2 reviews. Additional reviews are $500 each.

Notes

  • If construction is started before a permit is obtained, the Permit Fee will be doubled.
  • Job Costing includes demolition costs, driveways, pools, etc.
  • Inspections in excess of the respective number of inspections listed below will be charged at a rate of $125.00 per inspection, and payment to the City shall be made in full by the applicant prior to the issuance of the Use and Occupancy permit by the City.
