The Planning Commission hears requests for subdivisions / recombinations of lots, steep slope analyses, additional information for Conditional Use Permits, and building within the Radnor Lake Impact Zone. This body also makes suggestions to the Board of Commissioners as to new ordinances. There is no fee to come before this body.

The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Oak Hill City Hall, 5548 Franklin Pike Suite 102. The deadline for adding items to the agenda is 30 days prior to the meeting.
